Our calibration lab is proud to have the The Labmaster® Universal Model 1000M in house in our state-of-the-art facility.

The Labmaster® calibrates up to 80", a capability many labs don't have. We can measure and calibrate gage blocks, rings & plugs, ball bearings, roller bearings, and so much more. This is a laser-based Universal Measuring System designed for high accuracy, ID/OD/SD* gage calibration and part measuring to ensure the most accurate results every time.

Our lab based in Stark County, Ohio is accredited by A2LA to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 & ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 (cert #1848.01).

Our highly trained and skilled calibration technicians use the Labmaster® Universal to measure:

• Plain plugs and rings, thread plug and thread rings, metrical, conical, NPT, taper, trapezoidal, sawtooth, special gauges, non standard, profile scanning, and product measurements
• All thread parameters per pitch in matter of minutes.
• Contact Scanning with Probe, for reliable measurements of the thread gage profile, scans the real surface of the thread
