Temperature Humidity Chamber

Our Ohio facility Boasts a Dedicated Temperature / Humidity Chamber as part of Our Thermodynamic Calibration Offerings

All American Scales and Calibration is proud to have an A2LA Accredited lab featuring state-of-the-art equipment to calibrate your equipment accurately every time.

A Temperature/Humidity chamber is a device used in calibration processes to simulate various environmental conditions, such as temperature and humidity levels. It is essential in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of instruments and equipment that are sensitive to changes in these factors.

The chamber consists of a controlled enclosure where temperature and humidity levels can be adjusted and maintained at specific set points. This allows technicians to test and calibrate instruments under different environmental conditions, replicating real-world scenarios that they may encounter during use.

During calibration, instruments are placed inside the chamber and exposed to different temperature and humidity levels to assess their performance and accuracy. By comparing the readings from the instrument being calibrated with the known values generated by the chamber, technicians can make necessary adjustments to ensure the instrument is operating correctly.

Overall, a Temperature/Humidity chamber is an essential tool in calibration processes, enabling technicians to verify the accuracy of instruments under various environmental conditions and ensuring reliable performance in real-world applications.
